Attended a beer tasking today and tried the new Sam Adams Latitude 48 Deconstructed. This is a interesting concept where the 5 types of hops used in the Latitude 48 IPA are each used to brew an individual beer utilizing the same recipe as the original but containing only one of the hop variants. We worked our way from least to most bitter and finished with the original brew. Nice to see (taste/smell) how it all comes together.

I had a burton baton tonight too!it has a nice boozy burn! currently enjoying a Clown shoes tramp stamp. Its an awesome belgian style IPA....but about that name???

Had an Old Rasputin a couple of nights ago.
All I can say is that it wouldn't look out of place being served from an oil drain pan.

Imperial Stout is like that. Tastes a lot better than drain oil though

Obviously you haven't worked on bikes and cars as long as I have Nossir. Not quite as long. Started when I was 16. I'm 26 now.. got a little ways to go to catch up. Just started drinking this year, too.
