had a DFH Hellhound last night. man was that good. also had the berton baton. love the depth it carries. but pregnant doges brew is by far my favorite of theirs so far.

I need to get ahold of their 120 minute IPA. not sold here in NC.

At the DFH bar in Gaithersburg, you can get the 120 but they have to serve it in a snifter.  Snifters save lives you know....

I think they do that with the 90 also.

burton baton is some good stuff! And so is the 120. You can find it at a few beer stores in town and they usually sell for about 10 bucks a bottle. I used to get them from the little beer store in rockville right next to Urban BBQ, directly opposite of Guitar Center. I've got 6 of them just sitting under the bar waiting for a good excuse!

Anything over a certain alcohol content they have to do that with, ( i wanna say if it's over 8 or 9%) at least thats how it is in MD

Yes I can get the 90 (and do quite often) but the 120 is over the NC alcohol limit for beer so It is not here in any form.

I also had magic hat Circus boy. My hot weather favorite

So I just got into drinking better beers about two months ago.

Now I'm straight addicted to IPA's

My favorite is Columbus Brewing Company's IPA but I really like High Seas and Titan IPA's

Finally went to a nearby restaurant that we've been meaning to go to for a while.

They had a couple brews from an all-organic brewery in Boulder that I'd never heard of.  http://asherbrewing.com/indexb.html

Being an IPA fan, I tried this:

It was good, so I had a few of them.

My head hurts this morning.

Ballast Point Sculpin
Alpine Brewing Duet
Kern River Brewing Just Outstanding

I'm a Hop addict and go for the IPA's and DIPA's

Is it bad that the weaker of the two beers I just bought is 10%?   chug
