It's titanium and it's in my jaw and it hurts like a mother make the beast with two backser.

Most expensive mod ever and all pain and no shiny. What a pregnant dog  >:(

I am jealous.  When the orthopedic surgeon modded my knee all I got was surgical steel.  And some scars.

Buckethead

Shouldn't this be in the "Accessories & Mods" section?  ???

It'd be cooler if it were some sort of ferrous material. Then you could stick kitchen magnets to yourself as a party trick.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

Grampa

Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

is it big enought to set off metal detectors? That is what makes travel fun. I can just imagine the discusion with airport security.
You cannot argue with crazy because crazy is not willing to be convinced. Hell, it's not even willing to listen to the arguments.

I have 5 titanium pins in the front part of my left shoulder due to a labrum tear.

I've never set off metal detectors with them.

It is just funny to see the x-rays of my shoulder because you can see the tops of the pins in a perfect line down my shoulder

however.....

nothing compares to what Nakid has in his leg.

Hope you start feeling better after the mod.

Are you having a dental implant put in?

If so, my wife just had the first part of that done about a month ago. They put in the "rod" where the tooth will go (wisdom teeth came in and killed a back molar at the root). I am guessing hers is titanium too? It has to set for like six weeks and then they put the tooth in.

what happened?

+1

That sounds like a nasty injury.

I've heard broken jaws are incredibly painful and take a long time to heal as they wire your mouth shut for 6 wks.

however, maybe times have changed and it isn't that long anymore.
