You missed the most interesting car.

Which one would that be, the rusted bucket truck with the killer engine and NoS, the Merc SLS with the gullwing wing doors?  There were tons of interesting cars yesterday.

The type 3 notchback next to the viper.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

I post pics of the VW.  It was all set for saving. Never seem one of those before..

Just realized that the owner attached a wing to it.

Id pitch it all. Usable or no, it's pretty far gone. Just be done with it

Def that ^.  I thought the comment about maybe re-using was a joke, those bits are trashed.  Also, front sprockets are cheap, chains aren't and a worn front sprocket will accelerate chain wear.  Quality sprockets and chain and you won't have to worry about them for tens of thousands of miles.   [thumbsup]

www.sprocketcenter.com has killer prices and service.  [bacon]

Should have worded it better. Only thing I plan to reuse are the screws that hold the retainer plate onto the front sprocket. I had already ordered everything from ca-cycleworks (usps priority mail and I'll have the parts by Wed and always a pleasure talking to Candice!) before posting the pics.

Update: New sprockets, chain and front sprocket retainer thingy on! [thumbsup]
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

Started to unpack, fun fun.

Took the first ride up my new, steep ass, drive way.  Definitely favors the running start approach
