"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

You gotta drill and tap the receiver.

There's an original PU scope that mounts to the left side of the receiver, this one requires cutting away part of the stock.

Some just remove the old slide sight and use the existing mounting holes.

The first two require a bolt with a bent handle so as not to interfere with the scope.

Its' a neat stock, but not exactly the most accurate platform to use with it.

Even if you got one of the Finn Mosins, you're still talking about a 120+ year old design.

I have a PU scope for one of my Sako Mosins and I use good ammo, but it is nowhere near as accurate as an average quality modern rifle with a heavy barrel.

Looks cool tho.

I have a Remington 788 in .308 that I'd like one of those for.  It's a great little rifle with some short comings but tack accurate.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials.
