I haven't been here in a while either. I'm slacking.

I haven't done any slide work though that shouldn't be any trouble.

Man alive things are busy these days.

Any of you other industrial people noticing a sizable uptick in business?

I know I've been gone a long time, but is "man alive" a new expression?  Like "man alive, it's hot today!" or "man alive the Warriors are good this year."

Manifold blocks we do 250/month of. This setup hits all six sides and when the cycle is done a completed part comes out, a raw blank goes in and the rest transfer to the next station in the process. These are why I bought the horizontal. Haven't had time to move this job to that machine.

We've been making a bunch of these stainless glands.

Customer - Can you make 2500 in five weeks?

ML - make the beast with two backsing right we can.

So instead of running a bunch of side one then a bunch of side two through the lathe we run side one in the lathe and 20 side twos in the horizontal mill at the same time.

So a fixture building I went.
