I'm guessing Lars is talking financial liability, like if your client evaporates after you expand.  Do speak to a CPA very familiar with tax law.

I have a great CPA.

Expansion doesn't mean I'm buying anything.

What it means is we're going to bust our asses and get everything paid off so when these guys eventually go away I'm in a good spot :D

Still waiting for my job offer...but these days, I am paid WAYYYY too much, work WAYYYYY too little to justify it and never have to leave my house to earn a paycheck. If you can match those benefits, then I'm yer Huckleberry!  [laugh]

So I asked for a good sized deposit and they sent me a check.
