Steve is that my old pressure plate? Glad to see it lives again!

I replaced it with this

It is indeed your old one. It got out on after my road trip. The cover is the first clutch cover I bought for my first Duc. Like your new set up, looks like a revolver. Very nice.

My fuse block just arrived from Eastern Beaver! Hoo Hoo! Now I have to find a switched power line to tap into, and it is starting to give me palpitations. Everything is so tightly bundled!
Anyone have any suggestions? Is the yellow one in the back good? What about a wire going to to the rear brake light switch?

Don't know if you want to go to this much trouble, but I did this a few years ago on my S2R for the heated grips. It gives a place to grab power for a few extra bits you may want/need.

The Eastern Beaver stuff is a pre-packaged version of this, plug and play. My issue is isolating a piece of wire to attach the switched wire to. With the CW tail tidy the wires aren't very accessible. Maybe a wire coming from the back of the main fuse block would work. Tomorrow I need to go transfer the title, so I can't pop the tank until after that.

Nice. Wish I'd known about that back then. Nonetheless, I'm pretty sure I used the license plate light as the tap-in. Hid everything  behind the side cover.

Gets here Monday!  I will be certain to post up some pics mounted and my own ride review  [thumbsup]
PS I have a DP comfort seat with 30 miles on it for $175.00.  Dead perfect condition, just did not like it.

Two things I don't do.  Keyboard bullies and hypocrites.
Feel free to PM me if needed, otherwise you will find me elsewhere.

Get ready for a few pics.

I'm working on a new headlight project, inspired by a fellow member - Mr. Stormtrooper.

I bought an LED headlight:

Thanks to Stormtrooper, it's ready to plug-and-play

It's a little bright:

The long-term goal for the bike is to mix some vintage and modern elements to make a cafe-racer (with a child on the way, this just became a loooooong term goal  [roll]), so to that end, I bought a headlight housing from a 1966 Ducati Monza:

And of course, I had to start stripping it:

I didn't have time to take a decent pic of the bare metal version (ran out of daylight), but needless to say, updates will be upcoming.

On the wishlist:

Thats Retro-badass there!  Cant wait to see the final results.  Is the Monza headlight the one with speedo mounted into the back of it?

I got my Q2 mounted up this weekend, had to drop the cluster another 1.5" to make it look right.  Light output is insane [Dolph]  Gives the bike an even more 'bionic' look [laugh]

Here's my abomination >>>

I got this trick looking speedometer...someone claimed it was a Motogadget knock of, I dunno.

Stormtrooper-that headlight looks amazing! I like the bike's minimalist theme. You could take that bike dirt tracking or road racing.  ;D
Where did you get the LED headlight? I'd like to try that set-up on my S2R.

Oh they will work...I used to have this on my caburated M750

If you can find a used pig-tail of the guage for your bike...I suggest do so just in case  you want to go back if you don't like to look of the new gauge.  Ii did this buy purchased a gauge (with all the harness inside it) for my bike model and just used that to hook up with the Danmoto while the OEM gauge still untouched.

Yessir!!  I got a special idea for the hole where the spedo goes...unfortunately, I haven't made any progress on mounting it yet  [bang]

Your bionic light looks AWESOME!!  [thumbsup] [clap]  Are you officially done with the exhaust project??  How about that belly pan idea??

This guy asked me at the gas station yesterday if the headlight was pulled from an Audi...not sure if that was a compliment or insult lol.  The exhaust project is done.  I may coat or wrap the pipes eventually but for now I'm diggin' the polished look.  The multistrada belly is on the to-do list.  I needed to stop wrenching on this thing and actually ride it!
