A new 7" headlight to use with my Corse Dynamics mounting bracket. I'm hoping this will be suitable to house an LED Truck-Lite or JW Speaker in the future. The light that Motowheels sells with their kit is crap, some awful looking Drag Specialties Hardley light.

Quick thoughts, since I have the same hugger.  Without doing this the hugger rattles about a bit.

I put little o-rings on the top and bottom of the three bolts used to install the hugger.  One protects the top of the carbon the other seals the hugger against the swingarm.  This required installing the bolts before I installed the hugger as the underside o-ring will keep the bolts in place.

Thanks for the tip man.  Did you just use small rubber o-rings?  Do you know what size those bolts are? M5, m6 maybe?

I don't remember the bolt size.  Yup just small o-rings.  I have a 10.00 kit from Harbor Freight and it has a ton of different sizes to choose from.  It has saved my butt many a time.

Motobatt waterboy charger.

It comes with a pigtail and I just finished installing the pigtail. Geez, taking off the gas tank to access the battery ... I didn't completely remove the tank though. The best thing is there's no unused bolt or nut lying around after I finished the job Grin

Cycle Cat clip ons from eBay. Seller claims "perfect condition" but I'm dubious. Plan on stripping, polishing, and re-anodizing.

Ended up passing on the CC clip ons...didn't trust the seller. But then I saw this, and just had to have it for my build...a brand...spankin'...NEW machined clutch side housing. Think I'll go with a satin black powdercoat for the cases, leave the fresh factory aluminum finish on this piece, use my MPL Brushed alloy pressure plate and a Motowheels "flow" clutch cover in black. Reallllly stoked on this for $150...
