Burkhead is a friggin machine. Was awful nice watching Dantonio looking like he was gonna cry.  

Braxton Miller is learning pretty fast. And Wisconsin is imploding.

K-State finally shows that they hadn't really played a real competitor yet this season.

Surprised Iowa State didn't get more press for quite literally rolling Texas Tech.

I think that Stanford showed they have the offensive to play with the big dogs. I also think Stanford showed that their defense couldn't stop a Walmart greeter to save their lives.

Grats to Joe Pa for becoming the winningest coach in Div. 1...of course if you coach for 120 years, you're bound to break a record now and then.   But seriously, I may not be a fan of Penn State but I have always bee one of Coach Joe.

Arkansas eeks one out vs Vandy. Definitely not the performance a team with their ranking should have given vs a team like Vandy.

Clemson and K-State both losing should muddy up the waters even more.

But the real news is next weekend when Alabama and LSU try to decimate each other in what will probably end up being the true national championship game.

Paterno has already said he knew something and "reported the matter to those above", but failure to report to the state police is a crime in PA.  He should be shit-canned in disgrace.  Shame on them all.

JoePa retiring at the end of the season. I agree with Dan Wetzel though...he should leave now as he is nothing more than a distraction to the team at this point.
Admire the guy for what he has done on the field...but that was just piss poor judgement to pass a situation of that magnitude off to administration and then look the other way.

The greatest of all hypocrisy took place at PSU, "winning with honor" is their moto, yet the most powerful people there allowed a child predator nearly unlimited access to commit his crimes for years while they looked the other way.

Not many network stories are calling for that, but come on - a graduate football assistant - he was what 21, 22 yrs old and a former football player - not a kid, he should have been a man and either hit the pedophile over the head with a chair or called the cops immediately.

I do not like the way it is ending either, but it isn't a total surprise, it can be partially explained as simple probability.  Every year at a high profile job like that, you have X% chance for scandal.  If you are there for ever, you will encounter a big problem guaranteed.  His 62 years was long enough to find that needle in the haystack and now he will get his medicine that goes along with his fame and money.
