Suzy, I think you need your own page.
Some of your works make my head hurt and I feel like I would like someone smarter than myself to ask you how that stuff works and how you come up with these ideas. I would ask but I'm afraid I would not understand the answers.

Yeah, some assembly might be required.
The board is a replacement for my fuse box and relays. It has provision for eight high power MOSFET switches, each of which is over-current protected. It will sit under my ECU and clean up the power distribution on my bike, and help me to reduce the wiring complexity significantly. It's independent of gauge swaps etc.

You should apply for a position with Audi and re-design the electrics/electronics for the entire Ducati range.

cost? group buy? will it have ability for external power feeds and handle chargers?

Naah, Ducati would go broke putting this sort of thing on their bikes. Each 10c fuse is replaced with a $3 power MOSFET and $7 driver chip. Add in the other random stuff and you're up 'round $100 per board in parts.
Actually scotch that - they'd substitute a 20c MOSFET for the $3 one, and then wonder why they catch fire.

I hadn't thought of selling them. I guess they're reasonably universal, much like a motogadget thingy.
Cost is ~$100 in parts, plus the PCB and assembly. I could probably knock them out for something like $200-250 in lots of 10+.
There's a couple of terminals that are connected directly to +12V - that'd be a good spot for hooking up a charger. By external power feed I presume you mean something for hooking up heated grips/gps/whatever? That sort of stuff could just be hung off the loads output, which is protected switched +12V.
Anyway, we're getting ahead of ourselves. Let me build and test this one first.

Don't forget one of those USB port thing for charging the phone so I don't have to stop riding to send my text messages (too soon?).
Even an aux socket to plug in a battery tender etc?
Maybe a lights-out switch to go all stealth if required at night?

Today's task: change the L to a P
Riding tests are painful on a M620.. Luckily I didn't have to do the MOST HART or whatever that is!
Still, kinda embarrassing as a 30y/o sitting at the RTA waiting to collect your red p's
