Its all garbage.  I know this sounds terrible, but I looked to see if there was anything good -  nothing!   old papers, boxes of old soap bottles (wtf ?)  and empty bottles of booze.  30 years of organized piled up garbage! 

I should post up on craigslist  $5 for 30 min and you can have whatever you can carry out.

While this might be true, I remember reading a while back that the majority of people that die in water don't actually drown.

Most have a heart attack before getting to the point of inspiring water.
