I have that AEM Factory carrier/sprocket combo.  Nice bit of kit, as Geoff would say.

Jeez, that's an old pic.

Great thread waytogo
You live my life post big national lottery win  Grin
Thanks! Ha ha, the things I could build if money was no object.  Evil

Did the standard drop the front sprocket down 1 tooth to 14 on my 07 S4RS (stock is 15/43), since the bike was actually drag limited on top speed. The result with the addition of termis and the DP ECU is that the front wheel is "very light" under acceleration in the first three gears. I have heard that there can be some clearance issues with changing the rear sprocket. If I had a choice I would bring the rear up a tooth or two and leave the front alone for a slightly less wheel lifting gear ratio

While contemplating the gear change I developed this quick excel spreadsheet to aid in sprocket selection. Sorted by ratio
Major thanks for the info.  Smiley

Thats the setup I am leaning towards. If I could trouble you for a close up shot that would be invaluable.

Sharp looking bike. Looks like you put a ton of work into to it.

Noob question - Who is Geoff?

Shop Update:

Picked up some new tires, and gave my track bike a good once over. Track day soon.

Bike: 618cc with a few other mods. Nothing special, but I love the bike and it forgives me when I crash it.  Grin

Got a new project in the shop.

Friend had a bad bit of luck when a spaced out driver backed over his bike. bike "totaled" so it is time for a major rebuild.

What the bike looks like now:

Already have a ton of parts on hand.

Fuel tank:

Fender and bags:

Rake kit:

Exhaust:

Best directions I have ever gotten.  laughingdp

Going for something like this:

Thanks!  I don't have any close-ups, but I'll shoot a few tonight.

Long time since I posted some shots of the whole bike. Starting to see some results, but there is still so much to mess with  Evil

You guys have some suggestions on what to do next?

Jeff at Monster Parts hooked me up with it.

Quality piece, Good fit and finish on the parts. The bulbs that come with it bite, definitely need to upgrade those. I just picked up some high output halogens, so now they throw about as much light as the OEM headlight. Plan on doing a HID conversion later on down the road. Relatively easy to wire up if you have some basic tools. Also a good idea to find some connectors that will click into the factory harness. that way you do not have to cut on it to install the head light. I salvaged some off a wrecked Monster.
