The WERA races are this weekend too at Summit Main, so if you get bored we'll be racing on the other side.  I'll be pitted behind a black enclosed trailer "Wallace Racing" vinyl on the front

Track day is June 8-9. WERA races are June 1-2. I'll ride up to watch if I can get away on Saturday.

Broke a rib yesterday in a road race. Pain was about an 8.5 last night, 5 this morning. The trend is in the right direction so I'm hoping I'll be ok to ride by Sunday.

I took some Advil tonight and I feel better. How come no one ever told me about this stuff?! Tomorrow I will see if I can sit in a riding position. Baby steps.

You just found Advil? What rock have you been hiding under?

Dr. panda recommends 600-800 mg per dose in the short term to help with the inflammation. It's what you'd probably get from the docs, but just as a horse pill, not several smaller ones.

I just purchased the track day for Sunday. I am still taking a wait and see approach to Saturday. I've coordinated with Ian so we will both be there Saturday and Sunday. I just may not ride based on how the weather is panning out.

Things are looking good for me for Sunday. Tried on the new suit, upped the Advil dosage, and got on the bike. Not 100% comfy yet, but it's only Tuesday. The weather report is also looking better.
