I love to hate you all for pointing out where I know I still need work. I'm still calling this project complete.....

Tell us more about the LED headlight  please,
cost ?
installation difficulty ?
light output comparison ?

Bike looks great by the way  [thumbsup]

The LED light was a easy to install. You'll need a metal bucket, the adapter ring and thats it. Once you remove the OEM headlight you bend the clips that keep it in place, put in the new headlight in and the use those same clips you bent. Plug-n-play and you're all set.

I honestly cant imagine how I rode without this headlight for a long time. The lightoutput is intense but not scattered. It has a low and highbeam and when I use the HB it's like a spotlight. Can see a good distance and cars can see me with the low beam and really see me with the HB. As you can see it gives the Monster a bit of a modern look and I like it a lot. Would highly recommend. When I get over there you can see the output for yourself. It is a bit on the expensive side given they did all the work for you. Think $US350.00.

Autodip is a vinyl-based spray. It comes on super clean and smooth and the colors they make are super impressive. Same process as plastidip. I have both gloss black and maranello red. Gonna try the red on my wheels in the winter time.

They did an initial release of colors and are sold out so hopefully this means they will produce more. www.autodip.com

Thanks fellas.
I'll enquire about it down here. Got a good custom painter/auto paint shop nearby.
Cheers.

Koko - I checked with Autodip via the Interwebz and they should be back in stock at the end of this week. Their colors go quickly......

This is how my S4R rear wheel came out using their Maranello Red. It says one can for 2 wheels but thats automotive wheels and not ours. It dries in no time and has a nice gloss/wet finish to it. Did that paint job in about 3 hours. I went for more coatings than less.

Did you try removing the wheel balancing weights? No issues?

No issues. Covered it with painters tape and then right after I put the last coat on I took off the painters tape immediately. Created a very fine outline around the weight so I could pull it off without creating a tear in the vinyl. Was also able to do the same thing with the with the air stem.

What happens when you replace the tire and the weights get removed for balancing?

I'm sure I'll have to touch up areas where they used the tire mounts and weights. I used an entire can on the wheel that was meant for 2 to give it plenty of coats. They recommended 8-10  [coffee]
