Looking great!   [thumbsup]

Thanks.

New clutch pack installed today and properly bled the rear brake. Tomorrow, top triple and Penske rear shock with proper spring will be installed. Still also need to cut down the pipes for the exhaust.  Still looks a smidge too long  [roll]

Sold the S4 and invested in some RidingHouse stuff from Japan.Webike.net.   [popcorn]

Messaging from RidingHouse -- parts are on backorder for more than a month.  Just means MonsterParts.com got some money for:
  - Spider grips
  - EVO Radiator Guard
  - Ducabike Carbon Sprocket Cover

Purchased the MW LED headlight kit to give the Monster better lighting while I work up the kit from TheRetrofit Source.

Spider grips went on without much issue.  Had to use a little bit of grip glue on the throttle to make it stick but love the feel.  Hands don't feel as much vibration as before with the Domino grips or stock ones.

Installed the MotoWheels 7inch LED light on the bike.  Definitely a different look but the light output is nice. It's a plug-n-play but I emphasize the play. Thanks to Shorai and the padding they provide I was able to use that to pad the inside on the headlight bucket since the MW piece needs something to help keep it in place.

QD Exbox arrives tomorrow and Marving Conicles head off to Strada Fab hopefully for some welding work etc.

We're getting there....

Agreed, the original pipes were super long.  So long that I'd have to create a custom bracket to attach it to the stock mount point on the frame. I cut down the "S" pipes to shorten the length and that improved things but still too long and doesn't mount properly.  Hoping if I get in contact with StradaFab he can work some magic on these to make them fun interesting.

Kinda excited to mount the QD....... [popcorn] Hope I don't have to change much in terms of fueling.  Getting in with the moto shop near me is gettin to be damn near impossible.

Took her out for a spin and love the balance of the bike with the QD.  Nice low grunty sound.  All that love said, it was a pregnant dog to get on.  Holy make the beast with two backs!!

More pics tomorrow once I use the proper camera.  Only that that will be missing is the Speedymoto top triple.

Understanding that no exhausts is a perfect fit, getting the fit right with the lower and upper headers was tough. Attaching to the headers based on location of the upper header made it a pregnant dog to fit given all the wires and tubes in the way and that it goes through the swingarm. Additionally, the pipes fit together tightly so there was little wiggle room.

Didn't  realize it went through the swing arm. Never seen one
In person. Your model is the only one I would trade my
900 for. They are so nice looking

Was inspecting the chain  for wear and noticed that the rear sprocket is a 37T and the front is a 15T. According to GearingCommander.com that means 1st=57, 2nd=80, 3rd=104, 4th=130, 5th=148, 6=165. Could that be right? Will be switching to a 525 14T/42T setup.

What should I experience in terms of bike response from a 14T/42T setup?
