I can't see having a number you can call when you're drunk to have a hot chick in spandex/leather show up not being popular.

My Mom wants to start this in her local town.

Does your Mom have a leather and spandex suit?  Is she hot?

I'm glad nobody else is going to have to pay the price of your choice.  I had a high school classmate who was in a similar situation, but instead of playing your part, his car played the part of the curb you hit.  Well, almost.  Driver was in a band and was coming home from a show.  He didn't think he really had that much.  He tried to cut the yellow too close and by the time he was in the intersection, my friend had already entered from his direction, since my friend's light had already turned green.  One T-bone later, and he had rods in both femurs and was in a wheelchair for the rest of the school year.  He was an avid skier, but he had to hang up his passion, because if he broke either leg again, they'd have to amputate it.

Recently in my area now, a high school girl was driving home from a tailgate party.  She hadn't had that much, but she ended up killing a woman who was on her way home from her church choir practice.  She thought she was okay to drive.  I guess she wasn't.

The point is that you shouldn't be careful driving home if you've had a few.  You just shouldn't drive.  If you were afraid to leave your car in a spot overnight, why did you park it there at all to begin with?  Sure, you might not lose your job if you get a DUI, but you could tear a family apart.  People die because of choices like this.  Is it worth it?

Sorry to hear about your situation. Best advice is to get a good attorney. The initial expense is a pretty big hit ($2000 or more). But keep in mind, the better your attorney is the more likely you are to get a reduced charge (may even be able to get a plea bargain of some sort) and the less your insurance will go up. And it's the high-risk insurance that really nails you.

Two wheels good. Four wheels bad.
