Mo - sv650.... I wonder what's wrong with the motor... would be cool if we could pick it up and then have all them spare parts for racing... or if its an easy fix... cleaning it up to have a spare racer.

replacement unsplit motor may cost $1000 or so depending on miles.  That puts it around $3000, then you need to race prep it.  That's an easy $2500 more, now your at $5500.  See where Im going.  Smiley

For me (someone who crashed 4 times last year), the items I needed to replace were disposable items like bar ends, foot pegs, levers, and the big item was I had to replace my can when it vibrated apart.

Not on Craigslist, but a smokin' deal nonetheless...

Shure SCL3 sound-isolating earphones/in-ear monitors at Guitar Center or Musician's Friend.
(click the pic to go to the Guitar Center product listing)

The white ones are on a special rebate... these wankers have an MSRP of $200, a price at the aforementioned retailers of $150, and the white ones have an instant $90 rebate making them $60.

I ordered a pair from Guitar Center's website last weekend, since their retail store in Clackamas didn't have them in stock.

Catch is: you have to order them before February 28, 2009.

Well you peaked my interest with those ear-monitors but I think I'm going to pass. I'd want to try them first and compare each, even if you can send back if not satisfied.

Thanks for posting that BibleBoy  waytogo

I got a deal for you!  You buy this paltry little bit of flash for me and I'll give you my truly exotic one-off special.
 Grin

Oh, and just for points of interest the guy completely ripped a good bit of his "personal" description right out of a Brit rag from a few months ago.  Maybe not intentionally - I would never suppose someone would do that - but done it was.
