It's a he...and his pricing from what I've been led to believe is extremely reasonable.

After the long term treatment that would be the case. I'd go...he'd crunch and I'd be fine.

Of course, they always want you to be a regular.

The coffee is on here at casa da LMT. Lucy had to go out at 0430. She made it as far as the elevator lobby hall carpet on our floor.

Cleaned it up as best I could.

Hope you find some relief dp. Not being able to stand up straight sucks.

Nate, when I have my lower back go out (which it does more often than I would like. Runs in my family  :(), in addition to the cruncher I'll lay flat on the floor and have Lisa lock my knee straight (on the lifted leg) and lift one leg at a time to stretch my hamstrings and glutes.  It seems to be very helpful.  If they are at all tight it will relieve the pulling on your low back muscles from below.  This method allows an excellent leg stretch while taking your back out of the equation.  It's no replacement for an adjustment, but it helps everything relax so you can have some relief leading up to a more productive crunch session.
