They do...

and the 'disc mower' style of short pivoting blades is much less prone to breaking stuff.



I've never seen a lawn tractor with that style here.

Goats.
2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

....and to keep goat-mowers enclosed you need seriously good fences.... and if you have any laundry hanging out to dry.. they'll always eat that (or anything at all in fact) in preference to grass.

The rent a goat thing is big out here. In CA they use them on the side of highways. Temp fencing, a dog, and a watcher.

Light rain here this am. Lucy's new favorite toy is a shoe box. Does that make her a cat or toddler?   [laugh]

I want to go to a movie today. What should I see?

Was working on a F150 p'up truck . ..  replacement of front brake pads and replace brake fluid . .  guess what, owner purchased wrong pads!!! so, made me loose my whole morning taking apart the front for nothing  [bang] [bang] [bang]
