I think the O dog is having a pretty good day.

He's been eating more and drinking more (water, that is).

He's been outside a few times to use the facilities.

He keeps eyeing the couch as that's one of his favorite places to crash out.

I think he's bummed that he couldn't curl up next to me all day as I did have to get some work done today.

All packed and clean sheets on the bed. Off to Kingston tomorrow morning to teach for 3 days. 32 students. Day one is only the morning half so I will have time to explore the area. I will be staying in the company dormitory! I hope the coffee is good.

Lucy has a sitter coming. I was not sure what to pay her. Anyone have a sitter come stay with pets?

We have.

It has ranged from $25/day (one dog) to $50/day (both).

I usually get my stepson . ..  he just charges food that I never leave for him . . . ;D

After sleeping in a field for a week and getting 2 showers I feel spoiled coming home. I can walk to a flushing toilet, I'm not covered in grass and enough dirt to act as sunblock, there are no grasshoppers crawling on me as I sleep, no condensation will build up in my room, and I can't smell my own ass (or anyone else's)


It amazes me how easily and quickly you can adapt to something.
