Power is out

Running off the generator

My computer caught on fire when the generator surged. :-\ using an iPad.

Stinks in here.

2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

cable box fried too.

Got surge protectors for the electronics?

Pretty sure the power supply in the puter fried. I'll see about getting one. Not too worried about the cable box.

The new house will have a surge protector in the panel.

I've read that the power strips lose their protection over time, and no way to tell if they're any good.  This reminds me that all mine are pretty old...

I should be able to replace the power supply...fingers crossed.

I just cancelled the delivery of pine. It will end up sitting outside in the 2 inches of rain we're supposed to get, and it won't do it any good. [bang]
