What did they rate?
2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

and an ACH-50.

There's also all kind of annual cost estimates that are basically worthless because the computer model doesn't really take into account solar gain.

The numbers probably don't mean much without something to compare them to

I was hoping Frank would hang around to 'splain.

The ACHn number is .05

The ACH-50 is .84...which misses Passive House standards by .24. The plumbing vent, the boiler vent, and the dryer vent were not blocked to achieve those numbers. I think if we had the house tested before all those penetrations it would have been much much lower.

The HERS rating is 49 which means the house should be 30-100% more efficient than the 'target' house. I forget what the details of that are.

The number I'll like best will be on the rebate check from the utility. ;)
