lots of work trying to get teh shop back online, started working on our "come meet our service" campaing on Friday and been appnmts were not spaced good enough . ..  the "secretary" doesn't understand that you cannot put 2 sbk within 1hr . . . I will post some pics, if I find them of some of the customers . .

some of the bikes diagnosed and quoted parts/service have been:

1198SP > flush fluids, brake, clutch & coolant
848 > electrical, voltage regulator quit + leaking coolant
MTS1200S > weird noise[was low on cheap oil, owner was using castrol 20w50gtx car oil!!!], flush brake&clutch fluids[they looked like grey earl tea]
MTS1200S > owner has issues with exhaust valve, will purchase to have re-isntalled but also wants to have the Termi full system installed
M696 > electrical, kills battery within 48hrs
M696 > diagnose and quote Desmo Service
M900 '02 > rough idle condition, quoted Desmo Service, bike has 21 000kms and never has have had valves serviced or belts replaced :o !!!

for tomorrow, got a few of the XX9 sbk and a few more Monsters and 2 MTS, one 1100S and one 620 . . .

so yes, I am a little tired of putting in 10 hrs days between re-remodeling and going back and forth to the showroom to explain to customers of why my MTS1200S would be a better choice than a Tiger or a GS1200 . ..  or even a Tenere . . . or why the Diavel is a better bike than a  HD VRod . . .

Yeah I hear you.  Its difficult. 

Coz the MTS1200 isnt a better choice than a Tiger or a GS1200 . ..  or even a (Super)Tenere  ;D

Diavel is far superior to a Hardly Ablesome though (but that's not exactly high praise).

Well. got some chores to do and see if I can slip out to the canyons again today. [Dolph] It's a bit cool right now, but the clouds are gone and it should warm up quickly. 8)

My newly lined tank will be installed next week, hopefully never have to live with a blistered, bulging, paint cracking tank again.

We are fogged in here. Woke up to temps in the mid 30's too. Rain is forecasted for Tuesday.

Going out to coffee at 0930. I will have had 3 mugs full at home by then! If I get all jumpy and twitchy, it's the caffeine, not me  [laugh]
