Welcome back to the land of the labouring!  Worked all weekend over here so going to split a little early today and swim, then facial then massage.   [thumbsup] [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

In other news, a colleague and I went to a greasy diner in the french quarter in New Orleans yesterday after hosting a big fancy breakfast (convention food breakfast which is why we had to go get another breakfast AFTER our own).  

While we were eating, one of the cooks came from behind the counter, pulled my colleague off his bar stool, held his arm up and shouted, "ladies and gentlemen, I want you to know we have a celebrity eating in the house this morning!  Meet:  Tiki Barber!!!!"  Everyone applauded and all I could think was "George does not need this ego boost. At all."  While it was just for fun, there were some people who actually believed it and rushed up to get "Tiki's" autograph.  

[laugh]

Good times.  

I'd post pictures but I haven't been able to get Flickr to respond to my inquiries about having changed my email, can't retreive my (forgotten) password....  (any suggestions???)

After the first hour of wading through and deleting accumulated emails....

...its....  a pretty quiet start.

No complaints  :)

I have climbed a hill sideways in several inches of snow with a bus...  Had to instruct the kids to all pile in the seats above the wheel wells so I had enough traction to get moving!

Can't wait to dive into the pot roast I made today.

There is a cool butcher that opened up here.

Sells really good beef and bison and bacon, etc. 

Most of the stuff is local, and all is naturally raised.
