It's funny you mention that.

This incident caused a lot of commotion locally.

When everyone assumed that it had been stolen by someone looking for a quick fix there was a huge outpouring of support from people around the state. A local Franklin businessman even went out and purchased a replacement device and was ready to donate it.

Franklin NH does not have a very good reputation. It's a poor city, with not many jobs, and a lot of the problems associated with a small city without jobs.

The police officers I met with tonight were proud of the response of their community in this circumstance.

I am grateful and humbled by their concern and their response.
