I took the Seattle based job. Start on Monday    I will be in class all week.

Now I have to get the condo sale sorted out. They rejected the counter offer and are refusing to pay the assessment. It is 3 equal payments of 740.00, due 3/1, 4/1, and 5/1. They want to pay less than what we asked by a good amount and close on April 1.

It is still better for me to let it foreclose. The ex wants to do what is best for her. She is willing to take the low offer, and pay the assessment herself.

There is no way in hell I will be ready to move out by the end of the month! If the buyer gets everything they want, then I want a longer close time. I have to the 5th to make the first assessment payment and not get hit with late fees.
