You don't need any Italian language skills Carlos.  I once worked with an Argentinian and an Italian, the first spoke Spanish, the second spoke Italian, the conversation was understood by both.

The father in-law is half Italian half Argentinian and both parts nuts! Can't understand a word he says and i been listening for bout 18 years now!

I Just got off a call from my uncle.  This afternoon he accidentally bumped into and had a great conversation with none other than Craig Breedlove! 

Apparently he bumped into him at a scenic viewpoint near Santa Barbara when he noticed a small sticker on a pickup that said "Spirit of America" on the window and he thought he was just talking to another race fan.  Apparently he is quite a nice gentleman and he and my uncle spent a fair bit of time talking about speed records.

Aber, dann wurde ich auch diese kenntnisse benutzen and then I will speak 4 languages 'fluently' and understand when spoken slowly two, French and Portugese[mainly Brazilian]  . . .
