This is going to sound like a silly question, however, are fireworks still legal to buy for everyday American citizens?

Despite that though, around Christmas, NYE and Australia Day, they are heard going off around the suburbs.

Those caught would be charged though!

Type varies from state to state.  Here in NC, the law says they can't fly, spin, or explode.  So, we can have fountains and sparklers and that's about it.  However, we're 30 minutes from two states that don't have that restriction.  Wanna guess where I buy mine?   ;D

I think it depends by state, but in HI most stuff are illegal these days  :-\ which makes me sad

in other news, wine shopping was a relative success. cooler is restocked
