Can you prove you impacted the sales? Not doubting you, just thinking maybe worth pursuing.

Why don't you just ask them about being a sublet shop on your own and establish a contract where they send you all their work. Then you would be free to work on anything as well as their stuff without the burden of their BS?

Management knows how those sales were made . . . they know who answered ALL questions, they know who sold the Termi kits and other accesories . ..  cause, sales monkey had no idea how to look for them in the system

Already tried, it's a no go due to policies with the factory, factory would need to approve me as a shop . . . Things here work diff than in US
