GK, the 15 mins actually felt a lot less . . . the owner and "boss" were rambling about profiles and remuneration according to said profiles . . . It seems "I am too long for a technician but too short for an 'admin' " this according to these profiles created by HR/accounting experts

Tony, I am already looking at all regulations and needs for said business and I DO plan to have REAL vacations

So, I was looking at my peppers this morning.  I bought a Scorpion pepper knowing nothing about it.  Turns out, it's the hottest pepper in the world, hotter than a Ghost pepper.  Guess I will be very sparing with its use.

xactly . . . that's why I left . . . I think I said what my profile doesn't say I do and just for the heck of it, I called a friend, an attorney, for him to look into this matter since, "I get paid 3X what my profile says I should get paid". . .

It will be interesting to see what your attorney friend says, in the context of Panama's labour laws.

Thai peppers are great!  I also really like Datil peppers.  Great for seasoning chilli or similar.
