up early, slept like poo. doesn't help I got txts and a phone call after 2300  [roll]

dr's appt today, hopefully that helps sort things out

Yikes, my heart rate is in the 50's.

BP is good though.

Good luck Mary, anything natural you can do to help the BP?

I can have all the salt I want!  Drinking a lot of water helps elevate the pressure some.

I have tried acupuncture with little success.
