I had seen it on tv aand movies . . . but this IS real life,  just talked to HOA admin and they were ready to call soc services due to the stinch coming out of the apartment .. . I just hope "the move" goes well . . .

This is gonna cost me big time, so anyone moving down south, the apartment will be ready for rent by April . . . hopefully . . .
