left shoulder is killing me . . . pain from the accident a few years ago . ..  outta da blue . ..  and when it hurts it hurts that I need to go to doctor to get a shot into the shoulder itself . . .

That's no fun, I have a similar issue.  I got tossed out of the back of a lifted 3/4 ton truck a years ago, left shoulder took the brunt of the impact.

Sorry to hear about the Pain. I got a green stick break on my left collar bone after being thrown off the CR250, but it healed nicely and there are no issues. Cant say that about my back though.

I can still drive, but only certain vehicles.  If I have to reach too far to reach the wheel it only takes about 10 minutes to bring nasty pain.
