just got back from "pre-therapy evaluation" . . .

Was given a 5 day/1hr day therapy  . . . starting Monday at 0700h

Couldn't they do it any earlier?

No seriously . . . is better this schedule than at 1600h . . . this way I have the whole day to rest while late afternoon basically I wohld go to sleep still "hot from therapy"...
