The 10 PM client makes composite parts for Boeing and the Army. Helo blades, tail booms, etc!

Good. They get the material already made - it arrives on big spools. They cut to a pattern, layer, clave (heat in an autoclave), trim, QC test, paint and ship out.  A couple of the claves are bigger then my apartment!

It's the handling of the material pre resin, and the trimming that are the issues. I don't have to tell you that though.
