LMT, have fun on the mill tour.  Networking is good.

At the end of March, I'm going to be on panel of women in construction at the local technical high school.  Should be a great opportunity to open the students' eyes to the different jobs in/related to the construction industry.

Dave, there is likely some in the warehouse at work, but it's a bit of a drive.

Puppy  (Vincent Rapide) is settling in well.  I think Otto and Henrik have finally realized he's here to stay.

In other news:  I'm debating whether I should begin a new topic:  Best of HOA Fights.   With a recent incident, all fingers  and all legal docs are pointing towards the HOA as having responsibility.   Buuuut their management company doesn't seem to think so.  In the meantime, what I believe to be the smell of mold/mildew begins.  One politely direct email today resulted with an "...I'm offended..." comment in return.   [laugh]   

I can fight a good fight when I'm almost certain I am not in the wrong (case in point from a few years ago:  IRS - 0; Stella - 1).  And my tolerance for bullshit is very low these days.   ;)

File a claim with your company then tell your agent to earn his money and get the company's legal dept on this.
