The woman who, several times, said she wanted to buy my place and who left Sunday's open house with "expect a written offer this week" is staying put at her house with a back yard for her dogs.  I don't blame her but she could have thought about that the 3 times she saw the place and told me she wanted it.  Ah well.  My expectations are low anyway.

Two hour open houses tomorrow and Sunday.   Getting it on the MLS is next step.
