Morning.  I haven't been in a proper office job since April of 19.  Sitting in the parking lot feels weird...

Hola!

Currently in Denver.  Nice weather here.  Apparently very stormy in DFW today.

Work is still meh.  Not sure I've mentioned that before.  But it has been that way for a while.  Thankfully, I still have one. 

Additionally, I've seemingly landed a good set of tenants for my condo on a 2-yr lease.

Need to get my moto in for it's annual inspection when I get back to Texas so I can renew the plates.  Maybe I'll try to ride a little bit this fall?

Stopped by Crazlo's favorite bike shop this morning to drop off the roadie for a tune up.  The guys say hello.

Speaking of Denver, where has captain chaos been??

In other news:   inspection on Friday (although the condo is being sold "as is") but the message that has come back to me a few times now is that the buyers loooove the place so 97.257% certain the sale will go through w/o a hitch. 

Shopping for a rental is the pita.  Preference is to buy but can't do that until I close and have the $ and lender letter with current detail.  Which puts us into fall and even lower inventory than what we already have.   

Where is that camper van I was dreaming about....?

Sometimes...

the actions of others in the workplace make it difficult for me to get excited about the job.

I don't make enough to bother doing it if I'm not excited about the task at hand.

It'll work out. I don't go back until Monday. I'll be over it by then.
