Hello ...

Hot n humid ... 10 days straight, almost all day long, a few hours in the morning and that's it; hopefully tomorrow weather allows me to pedal a few kms ...

Must do it early, got orthopedist appnmt, just a general check up on knee, shoulder and left ankle ...

I was doing well eating my way through what little garbage food I had in the place in preparation for the start of a cleanse/detox next week.

And then the girl gang came over last night.   

Anyone need cupcakes?  Pita?  Cheese dips?  All the mixed drinks, beer and wine you could want?   :P
