Contract came back.  1-year extension until 7/15/22.  Pay raise possible ~3/22, but nothing now.  I'm choosing to take the time and hopefully get the $ later.  Playing the long game…

I'm enjoying a pre-mixed margarita (kind of like the bucket of whatever delicious poison ML brought to DIMBY eons ago). 


Just back from first work trip that went well.  Got home, thought, b/c it's soooo quiet w/o the pup, I'd hit the hot tub since I have 10 days left to enjoy it before what I hope to be a move that will last a few years.  Then the rains ( lightening ) started.  Of course. 

So here I am.   Not a bad alternative checking in, even if there's not a lot going on.
