We are all getting older. I am doing okay. The broken bones are healing. One positive is that I got my will and POAs in order.

When I am dead and gone, my body will go to the University of Washington. I completed the paperwork for the UW willed body program. Science and free cremation and service!

And for the record, Nate is not old, he's just a wipersnapper!

Not bad. I haven't been sleeping either. Doesn't seem to matter what time I go to bed, I can't sleep past 4.
