Yup, it hurts. I still managed to run a little over 4 miles on Monday, played basketball for 1.5 hours on Tuesday and ran another 1.5 miles on Wednesday. That's when I called it quits and went to get seen...

Sorry to hear that Chris.  Have you thought about non-impact stuff like swimming or cycling?

Yeah, I will be swimming probably everyday to keep my activity up. I have lost 15-16 lbs since I left my last command in June...

It's Friday. It's raining, I'm anchored off the coast of Saipan. I'm stuck on Duty. But, I am spending the next couple nights at a nice hotel
