I like the venting color.  Much easier to read than red    [thumbsup]

I'm out.  Working today through Saturday.  All 9 hour days except Thursday.  5 hours will seem like a day off!

At the end of the month I will go through the training to teach the Emergency Response classes and teach a series of ER classes in October.  New challenges are good.  It gets boring teaching the same 2 classes all the time.

Story behind said venting?

We hired a new payroll person a couple months ago.  By reading her resume and listening to her talk, you would think she wrote the software for ADP.  Watching her fumble through the process every cycle...   [bang] [bang] [bang]

Even though I have nothing to do with that dept., I must either be more approachable or available, anytime something is wrong with a check, or people are paid late, my vm fills up.  [bang] [bang] [bang]
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

That's no fun.  I remember trying to train a person with "Business software backgroun" on our Transportation Management Infomation System.  It's basically a combination of mapping software for our county + a database with a pile of information relating to street data, bus speed data, student addresses, bus stops, students assigned to bus stops...  Basically a 6-gb database of information that can be layered over a map.

I nearly went nuts before they hired someone to replace him at his own request ~

You cares if your feet can't touch the ground?!!!  You don't put your feet down when you are spanking the twisties, do you?

Listen to the (far fetched) logic of your dear friend, MotoMojo.  :P
