I got tapped last week. not sure if I want to be middle mgmt though. :-\

They don't get much booth time.

They generally make more than you and have better schedules.

Booth time I'm good on.

Earnings would actually be a short term cut.

Schedule?  More travel and others would dictate my success.

It's also the first place they trim the fat when things get tight.

it seems like many people are unsatisfied with their careers.

I actually really like what I do most of the time.

I just need to make it more lucrative.

My new position is pretty good (even though many would call it a "demotion"), just wish it didn't take me away from home all the time.  I enjoy the actual work.
