Yup. Part of the will. The wife and I were just filling out the worksheet, meeting with the base lawyer tomorrow.
The whole international travel and new duty station kinda got us thinking, we shoulda done this long ago...

I would mention her in it. Ensure there is specific wording stating she gets nothing...

on another note i am fairly sure that after this is all over i will be the outcast. i pissed off my aunt and grandmother by telling them not to go through his personal stuff. for god's sake, the man isnt' dead, we just need to move him out of his current apt.  [bang]
