Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I studied in Copenhagen, Denmark for a year.  We did study tours to Poland and Finland.

I spent x-mas that year with relatives that in Germany.

One of the things I miss the most is the excellent public transportation system and bike lanes.

the front can only be 30% i think
and mirror tint is completely illegal.

unless the car came that way.  ;)

That seems to be what lots of cops think.  They are actually not correct.

The law does not make any mention of light transmission percentages.  PA table X is a guide line that says must transmit 70% light, but that is not the law.

The law says "TITLE 75 Section 4524 (e)(1) of the Pennsylvania Common Statutes states that

    (1) No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any sun screening device or other material which does not permit a person to see or view the inside of the vehicle through the windshield, side wing or side window of the vehicle.

From http://www.berksweb.com/users/dmv/tint/ -->

"Note that the law only prohibits tinting which prevents a person from seeing or viewing the inside of the vehicle. It does not prohibit all tinting or tinting below 70%. The Law therefore implicitly permits any tinting which does not prevent a person from seeing or viewing the inside of the vehicle."

Since you are able to see through my windows to the interior I say I'm legal.

Im waiting for my ticket to show up so I can check off not guilty and mail it back in.

I consulted an attorney this morning and my plan of attack was good.  He did suggest taking some photos, which I didn't think to do.

If I loose I can appeal and then I'll probably get him involved.  He told me he hasn't lost a single case like this yet.

However, he costs $500 :o

So I go it alone for now.  :D

Note also that it does NOT say that a person must be able to view the inside of the vehicle, only that the tint cannot prevent a person from seeing in. (no one can see into a vehicle at night, even with clear windows) Also the way the law is stated it is only requiring that a person be able to see the inside either through the windshield, side wing OR side window. If the word 'and' was used instead of 'or' it would require viewing through all of the mentioned windows.
