Ive lost about 7 pounds :D

I walk when time allows (which isn't often enough) and when we do walk, it's a power walk.

I also don't eat as much junk.  I still seem to eat a lot, so as to how I managed to loose 7 pounds I really couldn't say.

I must have hit a bump last night cause I just found that my rear tire almost ate my plate.

From the pics it doesn't look like the construction leaves much room for it.

I've seen houses built with wooden ceilings and the insulation is usually foam on the other side which requires some carpentry stunts with fascia and eaves.
