Got an offer yesterday to trade the ss for a tricked out road race (street legal) jetta

I do not need another vehicle here.

Pretty epic ride yesterday, 380miles.

I wish the good roads were closer.  They're about 2hrs away :'(

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Bick its too early to get up....

Just lots of painting on the schedule for today.  Only two rooms left.  Their floors will get refinished later this week.

Then we can finally settle in to our new place.  [thumbsup]

I really dislike painting.

I do not envy you, but congrats on the progress [thumbsup]

Sounds good on settling in DD!  C and I still have a bathroom to redo before we're satisfied.  We've got the cabinetry, toilet, and sink/counter top.  We've got to get a tub, tile or shower upper, and the fixtures.

Mornin' all!

Ning peeps.  I may have to go back to bed.  Not sleeping well and last night was a total wash.  Weird dreams when I do get a few minutes of rest.   [thumbsdown]

Good breakfast though!

This was my entire week last week.  It was really horrible.  I did sleep to 10 this morning, only waking twice.  I never sleep late, I'm usually up by 8, even without an alarm.

I started wearing this boot about 20 years ago...

They last about 10 years and are the most comfortable boot if you are on your feet all day I've ever found.

Another bonus is the soles are smooth and don't track junk into the house...not the best if it's slippery out, but they're intended as an indoor work boot.

They're no issue on a roof.

Been there.

Besides when you work on a roof you're really on planks...only idiots go up without jacks. ;)
