Hey Tini,

how's the beach house comiong? will it be ready for DIMBY at the Beach and where we will Honor one of our founding father's "DP" and some other will also be honored as booze flows ...

actually... we try to vacation places that we can have both. for example, when we went to cali we had one week at the beach, moto gp, and yosemite
